The Grinch Shop Return & Refund Policy
We are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction and providing quality products. This Return & Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which returns, replacements, and refunds may be approved. By purchasing, you agree to the terms in this policy.
We offer a 30-day return window only for products that arrive damaged, are confirmed lost during shipping, or are stolen after delivery. If your item is damaged upon arrival, lost in transit, or stolen after being marked delivered, you must notify us within 30 days of the delivery date. To begin a claim, you must provide your order number and proof of purchase. For damaged items, we may request photos or videos showing the damage, as well as images of the packaging. Once verified and approved, we will issue a replacement, store credit, or full refund. For lost shipments, we will contact the carrier; if the package is confirmed lost, we will provide a replacement or refund. For stolen packages marked “Delivered,” we may request that you check with neighbors or your local postal service, and we may require a stolen-package affidavit or police report before issuing a resolution.
The Grinch Shop does NOT offer refunds or returns for reasons related to:

We encourage customers to review product descriptions, sizing charts, and photos carefully before purchasing.
All claims must be submitted within the 30-day window to qualify. Items being returned must be sent back in their original packaging when possible. We reserve the right to deny claims that fall outside this policy or lack required documentation. Once a return or claim is approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method and typically take 5–10 business days to process. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the issue resulted from an error on our end.
